We had our sewer pipe clogged and called Robinson's number around 8pm. I was surprised that someone answer the phone. Matt, the plumber, was very professional. He let us know he will be here the next day between 11am-1pm (unlike others would tell you between 8am-5pm and show up two days later). He came as scheduled and called us 15 minutes before arrival. Matt is knowledgeable, pleasant, and reasonably priced. He is quick and thorough.
I love Yahoo! Local. It enables us to give feedbacks on profeesional services, either good or bad. That is how we, the consumers, stamp out the scammers and rip-offs. And equally important, good professionals and services are introduced and referred to the community.

I was apprehensive, never having used a plumber before, and fearing it would cost an arm and a leg. I needed the faucets in the shower repaired. Matt was polite. He was on time. He got down to business and completed the repair, charging me $265, which included new parts. I have no criticisms to offer at all. I would definitely use him again.

I highly recommend this plumbing company. The person doing the work was very efficient and reasonbaly priced. Being a single woman, I was expecting to be taken for a ride, but instead I was pleasantly suprised with the price, as well as the worker's care in taking the time to explain to me in laymen's terms what needed to be done and to assure me that there would be no further problems.

The service person arrived within an hour of my call. He checked my problem, gave me a very reasonable estimate. I was very satisfied with the price and the work quality. I will definitely call them again.
